We believe that nature needs no enhancers. It is our mission to fully preserve the original flavor of our raw ingredients. For this reason, depending on the harvest, our products may vary slightly in taste.
Nature has already taken care of everything—including natural preservation. We want nature’s colors and flavors exactly as they are, without any compromise.
We are exceptionally meticulous when it comes to processing our valuable raw ingredients. We pay the utmost attention to ensuring that what we use is cold-pressed and direct wherever possible, and that production temperatures are kept as low as possible. We are always open to new methods that fully preserve the natural integrity of our ingredients.
Whenever possible, we use ingredients and raw materials from the region. For exotic fruits and spices, we look for Fairtrade suppliers and reliable certification of the ingredients and products. We publish a list of our suppliers from all over the world on our website.
Our products are created according to our own recipes in our test kitchen. In addition to glass-fronted wine production facility already located on the grounds of the Sea Buckthorn Garden (Sanddorn-Garten). In addition to office, production, and storage spaces, the approximately 1,000-square-meter building features a show kitchen and a multimedia showroom as additional attractions in Petzow.
The selection of ingredients for our products is our top priority. Our raw sea buckthorn comes from our own certified organic cultivation. For all other ingredients, we ensure high quality, optimal ripeness at harvest, and great taste.
